これから起こる楽しいことを考えた（想像した）ときに、嬉しくて気持ちがワクワクすることです。
例えば、
「夏休みの海外旅行のことを考えると、心が弾む」
「遠距離恋愛の彼に久しぶりに会えることを考えると、心が弾む」など
