These are fine. If you need to let someone know there hasn't been time to get something done, there are two levels of not enough time. The much time is the less extreme. not much = some, but possibly more than not enough. Suggests a task will not be accomplished Not enough = possibly some, but whatever needed to happen did not suggests a failure to accomplish a task
