Does "at exactly the point that" mean "exactly because" ? The sentence is : He has found himself more and more reliable on her at exactly point that she has become less available to him. Does "at exactly the point that" mean "exactly because" ? thanks.

It means exactly at the point in time when she has become less available to him. But you mean 'reliant' not 'reliable'

at that precise moment (in time). "The point at which something happens" means "The moment when something happens"
