it just a personal way of speaking.
It means "I did that~~"
<for example>
haetjana : Last night, you called me for times 어젯밤에 네가 나에게 전화를 4번 했잖아.
gatjana : I went to school yesterday,~ : 어제 나는 학교에 갔잖아.
