any time now = very soon, but not now, and I don't know exactly when It is a very vague phrase. People often use it when something is late and another person is impatient. A When will you finish fixing my car? B Any time now. Just relax! You can also use it when you want another person to hurry. The train will be leaving any time now. Hurry up!

It's just saying that an event is set to occur near the present time. There is no EXACT timeframe of when it will actually happen though. "He's going to give the speech any time now." "The weather forcast says that storm is going to hit us any time now." The crops should be ready to harvest any time now." In the case of crops being ready for harvest any time now, it could be days or even weeks, but the expression can still apply.

"I'll go to bed any time now." This sentence is correct. "Any time" or "anytime" is an adverb and can be used to describe the availability of time in most situations. Here are some examples: "I can eat any time." "My teacher is available any time." "The package should arrive any time now." "I could settle for a career in finance any time."
