What are the differences between these words?
kusafisha, kufua, kuosha.
I've heard them all mean "to clean", but I'm not entirely sure of how they are different. Any help would be awesome!

Kufua is strictly used for clothes and in the process water and soap or detergents must be used and the thing you are cleaning must be totally immersed in water first or during the process.Kuosha it means to clean something also water must be used eg. washing dishes, plates, cars. In this you may immerse totally in water or pour water little by little.Kusafisha is the general form all you will be more correct if you don't use it whenever water is involved cause there are other words to use whenever water is involved.
Examples:Safisha uwanja/nyumba
osha gari,vyombo,sahani,bakuli
Fua nguo,shuka,taulo
I am not that much good in English but i hope you gained something.
Dont learn swahili using google, you will speak a language close to swahili.
