How do you say 'sorry for the delay' in German? Like if I want to say someone sorry for the delay in replying to your message, how do I say it?

"Entschuldige die Verspätung!" oder "Entschuldigen Sie die Verspätung." oder "Entschuldigung, dass ich erst jetzt antworte." "Entschuldigung, dass ich erst jetzt auf deine (/Ihre) Nachricht antworte." oder "Es tut mir leid, dass ich erst jetzt auf deine (/Ihre) Nachricht antworte(n kann)." oder "Es tut mir leid, dass ich erst jetzt deine (/Ihre) Nachricht beantworte(n kann)."
