Lisan in Arabic means tongue or language. I don't know which language you meant.

I think there is a bit spelling mistake. The correct word is "listen" that means "to hear"

Yes it does exist! The Lisan Peninsula is a large spit of land which now separates the North and the South basins of the Dead Sea
