What does that mean "I'm gonna be riding him hard."?
SCRIPT
Mike: "Uh, could we do a rain check? Edie and I are just looking over the plans to rebuild her house."
Edie: "My insurance company is finally cutting my check next week, and there’s only one plumber I want. So don't expect to see this guy for a few months. I'm gonna be riding him hard."
QUESTION
I guess Edie wants him to work really hard for her.
But I need to get a more clear explanation so
I'm going to wait your answer. Thanks!

There's a double meaning - urbandictionary only gives you the vulgar meaning. The other meaning is an analogy of riding a horse as fast as possible: the rider whips and beats the horse, so the horse is ridden hard.
So yes, it means Edie plans to make the plumber (arh, there's another innuendo!) work hard, as well as have sex with him. A lot of Desperate Housewives dialogue drips with double entendre.

Within the context, this meaning has nothing to do with sex or sexual activity.
이번 표현이 뜻이다: 그 배관공이 도착하자마자, 그녀는 그에게 많이 작업을 줘야 할 거예요. <<
즉시 배관공이 도착하는대로, 그녀는 그에게 많이 작업할 줄 거예요.
