Please = कृपया ( Kripya )
How much does it cost = कितने का है ( kithne ka hai?)
kithne here refers to price.
"Iski Qeemat Kya Hai" can also be used.

please means kripya in hindi.
example:- please help me= kripya meri help(maded) kero.
and
How Much Does it Cost = Iski cost(kimat) Kya Hai
