What can 그래 mean? I've heard,그래 being said as Yes and Really. Is there anything else that it could mean?

I do agree with jolly_jolly66, It does mean Ok, yes, alright It depends on the situation where we use it If someone order u than you answer yes In general its OK or Yes

In my opion, "그래" can also mean "so" and "ok".... however, the meaning of " 그래 " is dependent on how the speaker expresses and the sistuation we are talking.
