Do I need to memorise all of the Pinyin?
Do I need to memorise all of pinyin?
Because there is like 100 of different sounds :s
Or could I just memorise the sounds with the characters and words?
I am just wondering if you need to learn all of the pinyin to learn Chinese and is there some other way that would be useful ?
Thanks :3

You should be learning English or other languages, first learning the alphabet letters, Chinese characters are composed of different letters, the formation of different characters.

Definitely, you do. But you can start from those easy pinyin and charactors. It's not very difficult, come on^_^

It is true that there are various of sounds in Chinese, but you just need to memorise the sounds of these letters(listed below):
a o e
i u ü
b p m f
d t n l
g k h
j q x
zh ch sh
r z c s
y w
ai ei ui
ao ou iu
ie üe er
an en in un ün
ang eng ing ong
Don't you think they look like phonetic symbols in English? Every pinyin is composed by 1 or 2 of them(sometimes is 3).
For example,
1. 昂(拼音:áng),sounds like /aŋ/
2. 好(拼音:hǎo) ,sounds like /hau/
3. 远(拼音:yuǎn),sounds like /iuan/
You can find some video to learn how to read them.
I hope these can help you.
