This actually a big topic and depend and where you and who you are. For me it is Eid alftr and EID ALAdha, EID is an Arabic word means festival or the day of happiness. The Eid alfter is we celebrate it more but the Aladha are more religious important although both are religious. so I wil talk about the first one. Al-ftr or ftr means breaking of fast it come annually just day after the end of Ramadan month It is one of the two Muslims day equivalent to Christmas and for less extent thankgiving celebrated by all Muslims all around. We use to distribute food and stuff for poor people each one rich man or women or child has to do that or his/her guard. So it sort of sharing and you do not feel that you are doing a favor but a duty So the poor part of society will celebrate It comes annually just day after the end of Ramadan month We use to wear new beautiful clothes, pray in the beginning and then all relatives and friends will visit each other from home to home starting by old peoble and you will found that you met them twice or more in different homes We use to serve candy , Arabian dates ,cookies and sometimes meet , all will be happy specially kids every one forget his own concern and engage the Eid (festival ) we great each other saying (( Eidak Mubarak ,Eid Mubarak , means your Eid ,the occasion itself and Mubarak means blessed .the coming one is two months ahead By the way we call Christmas Eid Almilad ( the Birth day) for jesus Jesus that different from a birth day regards
