首先，是韵母，不是辅音。这两个字读音是有区别的。句是ciu，韵母类似普通话中的“ü”。卷是cioe，韵母是介音i加oe，即上海话中“安”的发音。具体可看此处：http://wu-chinese.com/romanization/vowel.html
