Mandarin slang/idiom for "you are silly" = "tai sha le"
My Mandarin tutor said one way to respond (informally) to someone would be to say "tai sha le" which means "your preference is different but lovely". Something my girlfriend would say to me as a response. I am just trying to confirm the pinyin for this phrase.

you have known the pinyin for "taishale" right? this phrase mainly used in these circmastance: when you don't like someone's clothes expecially he/she asked your opinon about the new clothes he/she wearing.you can say  taishale.  it means it sucks.  o.c. it's only used between acquaintance.
