아저씨: Ajôsi (a polite way to call a man who is older than you and you do not know him very well. It also means uncle).
아주마: Ajuma (a polite way to call a woman who is older than you and you do not know her very well. It also means aunt).
If you want to call your uncle (the husband of your aunt), you can call him 삼촌 (samchon) and you can call your aunt (the wife of your uncle): 숙모 (sungmo).
I hope this helps :)
