What is the meaning of "to flip end over end"?
Turning over many times, like you were tumbling down?
I think this means the same as "to cartwheel".
Thank you in advance

Yes, it means to cartwheel. To flip end over end is sometimes used to describe car crashes. For example, "In the offroad race, there was an awesome crash where the car flipped end over end." This would mean the car became seriously airborne, which is why it was able to flip over like this.
A slinky flipping down stairs is a good visualization of what you're asking about.
