aysel567, İtalki is not totally free, but you can find a language exchange partner for free language learning (wright him/her a message, exchange Skype/MSN adresses and start communicating). Also you can ask a language related question and get an answer to it, wright a notebook and ask native speakers to correct it, send a group messages. Unfortunately, I haven't found any native Azeri speaker who will learn Dutch. May be you could offer any other language for exchange, preferably English. You will have better chances to find a partner then. Good luck!
