what's the difference between somewhat and somehow? what's the difference between somewhat and somehow? and how to use them in communication or sentences.Than you Henna for your answer. According to Henna's answer. can I take these two word to understand like this? He somehow fixed the problem..... it means I dont know how did he fix it and in what way fixed it, but he did fix it. He somewhat fixed the problem......it means he to some extent fixed the problem, but he didn't completely fix the problem, just fixed some part of the problem. is my understanding correct?

According to Oxford Dictionary, "somehow" means "in some way-for an unknown or unspecified reason", but "somewhat" means "to some extent". AND we use somewhat when we want to show a degree, but not an specified one

Excellent Austin, also in somehow, (I think) you might know the reason but it might not be important. for instance, in the example you provided for "somehow", he fixed the problem, never mind how he did it or as you said he did it but I don't know how
