Doesn't your boss scold you if you're taking a nap while at work?

Doesn't your boss scold you if you take a nap on your job? You would hear this more often as: Doesn't your boss scold you if you nap on the job?

Your boss = "he", therefore "doesn't...?" Writing "you" as "u" is a pretty poor spelling habit. Outside of an sms or online chat, it makes you look a little stupid. I guess no-one's told you that before, sorry... "Doesn't your boss scold you if you take a nap during your working hours?" (Using "in" is not really wrong, but not really natural either.)
