"我也怎么觉得"这种说法是错误的(it's a wrong sentence)，“怎么”是用在疑问句里，相当于how. 不能用在肯定句和陈述句里哦。 “我也这么觉得”(i think so or so do i)是指“我”同意你的想法，“我”和你的想法一样。就是表示赞同你的观点。

The first is grammar wrong. We never use this expression in Chinese. if you want to express "i think so ", just use "我也这么觉得" . "怎么"means "how" ,for example,怎么办 means "how to deal this issue"

We usually say"我也这么觉得or 我也这么认为，我也这么想" 意思是“I think so.” We hardly say "我也怎么觉得", sometimes we say"我怎么觉得........?" For example, 我怎么觉得你今天和平时不一样呢？means "I think you are different from usual, why?"
