What is different between noona and unie in korean? Im watching kdramas n i heard they using words such as noona and unie wondering what's their difference.. and im wondering how to say your welcome in korean Note i can't read korean so please write it in english

sorry for posting twice but the comment version got all messed up and looks hard to read. ^.^; noona = older sister for men. unie or eonni = older sister for girls. kwenchana(yo) and anieyo are often used as your welcome. kwenchana(yo), lit means 'okay' but in this way is like saying it's okay, your welcome. anieyo, is like saying don't mention it, it was nothing. hope this helps ^.^

noona = older sister for men unie = older sister for girls kwenchana(yo) and anie(yo) are often used in place of your welcome. kwenchana(yo) literally means 'okay' but in this way is like saying it's okay, your welcome anie(yo) is like saying don't mention it, it was nothing. I never learned the romanized form of hangeul so I hope you can understand ^-^v
