This site has helped me in the past to start learning. Go through the video lessons. They should help you. You can also add Spanish speaking natives here on Italki and start talking to them on Skype. Choosing people who know Spanish and are learning English would be more beneficial.

jaja, el rey del mundo :) first... for me was learning words. You cannot learn to speak a language if you don't know the words. So my recommendation is to try to get your vocabulary up and learn more words. Then there are 2 important things... one is read books. But read them out loud! Because saying the words out loud helps a lot with pronunciation and learning often used phrases, even if you don't understand the meaning, it's ok. My other recommendation is find people nearby you who are learning Spanish and organize at least 1 hour a week to meet at a coffee shop and speak Spanish. At first, everyone will have a bad accent, bad grammar, and difficult time speaking. But, after a while, verb conjugation will become faster and faster and you will begin to understand important grammar.
