What do you mean? They are completely different. 给 means "to give", 对 means "correct" "towards..." and it can also be used as a measure word (一对耳环). In the first example: 他对我说...it means "he said to me....". The second sentence means "I often call my mom" but generally 给。。打电话" means "to give somebody a phone call" "跟“(or '和”) simply means "and" but there is no "with" equivalent in Mandarin, so we use "和" or "跟“ to express that. "我跟他一起去商店买了东西。" I went to the store with him to bought some things. 他们想跟李老师学习太极拳。 they want to learn taichi with teacher Li. (here "跟“ means with) Just a note..the grammar can be very vague and confusing unless you're super specific. That's because there are no verb conjugations in Chinese languages. We can only understand tense by time and context. : 昨天我们一起去看电影- yesterday we went and watched a movie (you don't need to include 了 since 昨天[yesterday] is specificed] 我们去看了电影- we went and saw a movie (we need to include 了 since there is no time) 我们现在去看电影 -We are going to see a movie right now. (现在[now] shows that the action is currently happening) 我们等一会去看电影- We are going to go to see a movie in a little while. (等一会 means in a little while)

对means: right. But in the sentance 1 it means said to you. 给 means: give But in the sentance 2 it means you give your mum a call. 跟 means: with/and But in the sentance 3 it means you with he go to shopping.. i know my English is not good enough ... and i want to learn English.. First , they can't be exchanged each other . "对"means "yes" sometimes or" for something/somebody ".Give an example,For me ,you are my best friend . "给“means "give "or "help" sometimes . For example, i will give you a cup of juice./let me help you buy the cake ."跟” the same as "和" , means "with"or "follow"sometimes .For example ,let's go with me /Follow me , then you will see the beautiful scenery .
