너 이제 나란 애랑 사귈래~ questions about this sentence! Hello! "사귀다" - means "to make friends", but does it also mean "to go out with / date someone" ? "애랑" - what is the meaning of this word? does it change the meaning of "사귀다" ? "나란" I think it may be either 나 + ~(이)란 where ~(이)란 = ~은/는 OR 나 + ~라는, meaning "called ~" or that ~ would be a name of something Am I right about it? And how do I distinguish which one is it? Thank you!!

1. "사귀다" - means "to make friends", but does it also mean "to go out with / date someone" ? - Yeay! but natives usually use this verb as "date sb.". 2. "애랑" - what is the meaning of this word? does it change the meaning of "사귀다" ? - "애랑" can be separated into "애" + "랑". 1) "애" or "아이" ("애" is an abbreviated form of "아이") mean child or baby, but sometimes refers to "a favored person" as in English. 2) "랑" is... well apart from Korean grammar, to make it easy, let me say this is the same as 'with' in English. I / go out / with / you. -> 나는 / 사귄다 / ~랑 / 너 -> 나는 너랑 사귄다. or 나는 너와 사귄다. "~랑", "~와" are the same expression / role in this case. 3. "나란" I think it may be either 나 + ~(이)란 where ~(이)란 = ~은/는 OR 나 + ~라는, meaning "called ~" or that ~ would be a name of something Am I right about it? And how do I distinguish which one is it? - The latter is correct. "~라는" means "called" or "named".
