What's the difference between evaluate and assess?
In which case to use evaluate while in which case to use assess?

evaluate = to judge or determine the significance, worth, quality of something
assess - to estimate officially the value of something, the estimate of judge the value, character of something.
In my opinion, you can use either one. No real difference.
