Not much to be honest.
Skeptical is when your not easily convinced; having doubts or reservations.
Suspicious is having or showing a cautious distrust of someone or something.

Being skeptical pertains to doubting thoughts or ideas. Suspicious is more general and also has a more pejorative meaning. One might be suspicious of a person, for example.
