when I use these sentences : (died)
He died.
He has died.
He had died.
He was died.
He had been died.

"He was died" and "He had been died" are both incorrect and should never be used. You cannot use "die" in passive verb forms.
The others are correct and the difference is when the person died. You can use them the same way you would use any sentence in simple past (he died), present perfect (he has died), or past perfect (he had died).
