Hello Gordon. How are you?
"Unfuck" is of course, a variant of profanity; but it is a particularly powerful expression, and a very "grating" one. That is, it is such a strong language that it "burns your ears" as the expression goes.
It indicates, first of all, that you are a person who is really, and truly, "very confused" or "very messed up". It is rather like saying that you are going through life with your
Head---Stuck---Up---Your----Own---Backside.
It's is the sort of term one might see in a novel, or in spoken English. One would not want to write such an expression in any formal context.
A military instructor in a "Boot Camp" might use such language with someone, or an aggressive employer or manager might use such an expression to show extreme anger with employees. You see?
I think Americans in particular, like to use expressions like this.
It conveys an extremely violent and aggressive approach to Getting---Things---Done.
Goal Driven people can be extremely aggressive, and it is certainly true that aggressive language serves for a warning of a potential threat of violence, etc.---Warm Regards, Bruce
