Yeah, normally you need a space between 한국어 초급 (or 초급 한국어).
But you might sometimes see a book title 초급한국어 (without any space). In proper nouns, 띄어쓰기 is sometimes ignored.
(By the way, the correct spelling is 띄어쓰기. But I know.. the sound "ㅢ" is really fading away in modern day Korean.. And a looot of native speakers also spell it like 뛰어쓰기)
