Both "agree" and "concur" are synonyms and suggest complying with someone's idea, sentiment, or action . "Agree" is the more general term and suggests compliance in response to any degree of persuasion or opposition
Examples:
I agreed to go out for dinner.
They agreed to his demands for more money.
"Concur" is to show accord in matters of opinion and suggests cooperative thinking
Examples: The committee concurred in a judgment about the value of this painting The doctors concurred that more funding was necessary for the hospital,
