有什么区别？他们三个用法一样吗？

以前 and 之前 is almost the same, can be used after other words which indacating a period of time like "3天以前/3天之前".
从前 must be used alone indicating "log long time ago"

For example: 从前有座山，山里有个庙。

以前和之前的意思差不多。以前较为口语化，之前较为书面化。 从前一般用在故事里。

用法应该差不多，只不过感觉“之前”更书面化，正式。“以前”口语常用。“从前”文章中多见。 这三个词可以混用，没什么大差别，给人的感觉有细微不同而已。
