1) i is the definite plural article. It is used with plural male nouns. 2)e' is the third singular person of the auxuliary to be. The tense is simple present. 3)e without any accent is the english conjunction and.

e' = is third person verb to be, you have to use like "is" in English. e = conjunction, you have to use like "and" in English
