I want it BE GONE - it's an informal way to say.
I want it to DISAPPEAR - become impossible to see
I want it to BECOME A HISTORY - it's an expression
I want it to VANISH - disappear suddenly
I want it to FADE - disappear gradually
I want it to DISSOLVE - formal way to say

"I want it gone" is pretty informal and not the best of grammar so don't use it as the starting point for creating other sentences.
And I more often here these expression: "I want that thing out of here!" or "Get it out of here!"

Well, gone is used as an adjective made from a verb. It means "I want it to disappear/go away/vanish". I can't come up with any adjective, but I think you can successfully replace it with any verb that means disappearing.
