Growing up is continuous present. Having Grown up is finished present since past.
Having been Growing up is continuous present since past.
These are grammar I've learnd but I don't a little understand. These are all simular to each other.

"Growing up" in a place is referring to both now (present) and to this point forward (continuous). That means growing up right now, and continuing to grow up.
"Having grown up" is referring to before (past) and up to this point (present) but not anymore (finished). That means having grown up somewhere before but not growing up there now.
"Having been growing up" is referring to before (past), up to this point (present), and still going on (continuous). That means having been growing up since the past and still growing up.
That was a good question. Hope this helps!
