"To dick around"
Can this phrasal verb be used with these 2 structures?
Dick somebody around.
Dick with somebody.
If so, can they be used in these meanings?
1. To waste time
Don't dick around with me.
Don't dick me around.
2. To take advantage of
Don't dick her around.
Don't dick around with her.
3. I'm not sure, but I've come across this meaning with "be joking". But i've never seen this in this usage
Don't dick him around.
Don't dick around with her.
I believe only the context will give the exact meaning.
These are transitive verbs, right?
Thank you in advance and I'm sorry for so many questions.

"DIck" means penis.
As such it can be used in a number of different ways, all varying with context. "Don't dick around with me" can be playful, meaning "don't joke with me", or it can be deadly serious, meaning"If you lie to me I'll kill you". It all depends upon the context. I would follow Rainy's advice, "just don't use that word".

Just...don't use that word. It can be very inappropriate in many situations.
