I would strongly suggest that you engage in English conversations. In that way you will learn to respond accordingly. As the famous phrase goes, "Practice makes perfect." There is also another alternative, like watching documentaries or movies with subtitles if you can not find anyone to chat with you. Try to find your favorite movies with English subtitles. However, it still depends upon your learning style really.
