Need a translation titulo - LA ESCUELA FRANQUISTA ausencia de planteamientos ni debates pedagógicos. Solo con motivo de la implantación de la nueva ley de educación de 1945 se celebraron encuentros comarcales de maestros, convocados y presididos por la Inspección, para informar de esta ley. - La ley del 1945 dejaba la enseñanza en manos de la iniciativa privada y, en especial, de la Iglesia católica.

Absence of plans/proposals or educational debates. The only meetings (which where held) where regional meetings of teachers, which took place on the ocassion of the introduction of the new Law of Education, convened and led by the "Inspection", in order to inform about this new law. The 1945's Law left teaching in the hands of private institutions, namely, of the Catholic Church.
