Also, if you check the tyre pressure frequently and avoid braking and accelerating, it means that you follow a relaxed and modern driving style that has many advantages.

This part is a little confusing for me: "Also, if you check the tyre pressure frequently and avoid braking and accelerating." When you drive, you are required to brake and accelerate. If you don't accelerate, your car won't move. If you don't brake, your car will never stop :) I'm guessing that you mean to say: "You should avoid *excessively* braking and accelerating." Another way to say it is "to avoid slamming on the brake or the accelerator." (stopping too quickly, accelerating too quickly).
