一、从侧重点上来说，“聆听”侧重于“聆”，即“听”的意思。强调的是用心思考仔细地细听。如聆听先生的教诲；“倾听”侧重于“倾”，即“身子向前用尽（力量）细心地听取”，含有尊重的意思，如倾听民意。 二、使用对象不同，“聆听”一般多用于教诲、报告、演讲、讲学、朗诵、故事等有关人的活动，也可用于具体的事物，如风声、雨声、歌声等；“倾听”一般多用于上对下的“听”，如“民情”、“意见”、“心声”、“呼声”等。

actually no differences u can use either of them as u like.I think when u stuy Chinese just don't need to focus on the details.Chinese also have many words to convey the one meanings so remember one of them is OK ;)
