"Although" is ”けれども”　in Japanese. "Although Japanese is very difficult, I would still like to learn it" ＝「日本語はとても難しいけれども、それでも日本語の勉強をしたいです。」 "Although I like ice cream, I don't like cake" ＝「アイスクリームは好きだけれども、ケーキは好きじゃないです。」
