He need me. Is this sentence is correct grammar or not ? pls. Specify the reason so I do have basis.

''He needs me'' is correct in simple present, and '' He needed me'' is correct in simple past tense.

''He needs me'' is correct because for third-person, singular pronoun you should add ''s'' to the basic form of the verb.
