All are correct and natural? I remember it as if it was yesterday. I remember his words as if it was yesterday. I await you to keep your promises. I await you to keep your words.

For the first to, it's grammatically correct to say 'I remember it as if it WERE yesterday'. Subjunctive mood. The second two phrases sound a little odd to me, but I'm not sure of the context. People don't really await for others to keep their promises, rather they expect them to keep their promises or their word (The expression is to 'keep your word' singular not 'words'). People tend to await particular events, e.g. 'I await your arrival', but they tend to be well defined rather than the vague expectation of keeping a promise. I hope that helps
