How do you use "you konw", and what does it mean?
I often hear the word in dramas or films.
It's used at the beginnig or at the end of a sentence, isn't it?

1.A phrase with little meaning, which you use while you are trying to think of what to say next:
Examples: Well I just thought, you know, I'd better agree to it.
I'm not happy with the situation but, you know, there isn't much I can do about it.
2.used when trying to help someone remember something or when trying to explain something:
What's the name of that guy on TV - you know, the American one with the silly voice?
i didn't know how to explain it , so i got it from that website:

hope it helped:)
