"Mind frame or frame of mind" refers to your mental or emotional state that is the basis for your behavior. It is also the way you feel or think about something at a particular time.
Whenever you may feel down, try smiling and there is a good chance that it will put you in a better mind frame for the rest of your day.
A couple of beers will put them in a positive frame of mind for the final game.
