There is nothing really wrong with this address, but it is not the common way that addresses are expressed in English. At least not here in the US. The basic format for our addresses is: Person's Name, Street Number, Street Name, Apartment Number (if needed), City, State, and Postal Code (also called Zip Code). For example, John Smith, 11209 Market Street, Apt. 9, Houston, Texas, 99774

Address format is more a function of the country you're in and not the language. I'd suggest searching online to find address formats for the country you're interested in.
