How do you say "Im procrastinating" in korean?
For example
"I'm supposed to be doing my homework but I'm putting it off"
is it 내가 꾸물거리다? or is that unnatural/incorrect?

In that case, the word "lazy" is more like it.
On the other hand "꾸물거리다"는 어떤 특정 시점(at a certain point) 뭔가를 천천히(굼뜨게) 하는행동을 말함.
Hope that helps!

maybe 질질 끌다 would be apt to describe that...
it is kind of like dragging your feet (sluggish to act) over something
