"Ano ibig sabihin nun?" - Translates as "What does it mean?".
Nun doesn't have an English translation but we know that it's an ''it/thing or that''.

To go a little more into possessive pronouns like "nun/niyon":
Nito = possessive "this", referring to something visible and very close in relation to the speaker or something being directly discussed in a conversation
Niyan = possessive "that", referring to something visible but not very close in relation to the speaker
Niyon = possessive "that" which is sometimes called "distal", meaning it can be not visible and/or very far away in relation to the speaker

Ano ibig sabihin nun? = What does it mean?
Ano=what, ibig sabihin=mean, niyon (or colloquially "nun") =that/it
Good luck! ;)
