what's the meaning of "pally-mally"?
This is one of lines in the episode of Friend's first season.
"Now you're gonna be in a wheelchair the rest of your life, pally-wally..."
What's the meaning of pally-wally in this sentence?
Thanks in advance.

Could it be related to pell-mell?

More context would help.

are you sure it's not pally-wally? Which means they are inseparable and very alike each other. Mainly used in British English but quite outdated. American English would say "two peas in a pod".

Probably connected to Pall Mall - a street in central London with numerous clubs - so means somewhat like/reminiscent of Pall Mall.

I have never heard of the phrase and have my doubts it even exists. Please provide some context.
