나 is an informal way to say "I", and 저 is the honorific way :)  Both have exactly the same meaning!

"나는 일본인입니다.私は日本人です"は標準語です。
"저는 일본입니다.私は日本人です"は相手への礼儀を表するものです。もし社長や先生の前では "저는 일본인입니다.私は日本人です"とあります。
